Could not do the upgrade, wasted 1h. At step 7 the nut is not supposed to be able to rotated freely in the part. It did in my part. Missed this and thus I was not able to finish step 11. Not a good experience. Had to undo the upgrade and use the old part which was snug enough to catch the nut. Not a good experience at all
I have the same issue, in the beginning I thought the screwhead was rounded and I didnt figure out, that the nut was spinning. Also wasted at least one hour, trying to get the belt to the correct tension. The other PCCF part also snapped along the layer lines, since I tried a couple of times and as a last resort, I tried to us only the 2 screws into the heatbed to tension the belt. Also not a good experience for me, very frustrating. First time I had anger following a prusa manual. I will now use the old PETG parts and hope this will be better. The tolerance on the Nut needs to be firmer, to keep it in place and also so it doesnt rotate. It kept falling out, and the tutorial showed me, how to get it in, but I could just drop it ...
I had to reprint these parts recently (prior to upgrade to 4S). When I did, I used Prusa PC-CF for them. Are these the same design as in the Mk4 build and the only difference is that they're PC-CF, or is it a different design? Meaning, should I use the included parts if I've already printed the Mk4 version in PC-CF? TIA, Erik

Hello. The parts should be the same; the only difference is the material.
