1. SuperPINDA adjustment (part 1)

Ensure the printer is turned off and not plugged in.
While moving with the extruder, the X-axis motor works as a generator. You will create a small amount of electricity and the LCD might flicker. Move with the extruder reasonably slowly and in the future always use the printer's controls.
⬢Move the extruder manually all the way to the left.
⬢By rotating BOTH threaded rods at the same time on the Z-axis move the nozzle until you reach the heatbed. Try rotating both the rods equally!
Check again from a different angle the nozzle is touching slightly the heatbed. Don't bend the heatbed!
Don't place the steel sheet on the heatbed during the entire SuperPINDA sensor adjustment process. Wait for the XYZ calibration.

Hello Prusa Support, I am currently stuck at trying to apply steps one to three. While the rest of the assembly guide is almost always crystal clear, those three steps are really confusing. I do not understand what I am doing or why, and I do not want to damage anything. I also have no idea what margin of error I actually have. My current understanding of the procedure is:Step1:-Move the X-carriage fully left-Lower the Z axis until contact is made (on the very edge of the bed)(For additionnal protection I also use a paper sheet between the nozzle and the bed)Step2:-turn the right motor slighly to rise the right side and avoid scratching, then move the carriage to the right until the very edge of the platform-turn the right motor until contact is made, without pushing down hard on the platform (the paper catches sligthly)Step3:-without moving the z motors, slide the carriage to the center. This is where I am lost: the instructions imply that there should be not possibility of scratching at this point, but in my case the nozzle pushes down much harder on the bed near the center and after doing a small test without the paper I now have a barely noticable but existing scratch around the middle of the bed.It seems that the edges of the platform bend down sligthly on their own. What should I do? I believe that later the PINDA could compensate for this problem but currently I can not even calibrate it properly.

Prusa, I have a suggested way to adjust the head height:
Place a piece of paper on the heat bed. Move the nozzle all the way to the left. Using both jack screws similatiniosly move the print head (extruded) until it touches the paper (and you are unable to pull the paper out). Move the print head up using ONLY the left jack screw enough to move the paper out. While keeping the paper under the path of the print head (extruder), move the the print head (extruder) to the right side. If the print head (extruder nozzle) make contact with the paper, move ONLY the right side jack screw up until the paper moves freely again. Once you have the print head all the way to the right, lower the print head until the nozzle just makes contact with the paper and you are no longer able to move the paper. Now raise the print head just enough until you are able to move the paper.
Move the print head back to the left side, while keeping the piece of paper underneath it. Reaccomplish the steps above to ensure that you have the proper clearance under the print head nozzle.
Note to Prusa,
This should help 1. To keep from scratching the head bed. 2. Ensuring a tight tolerance across the travel of the print bed. 3. Ensuring the head is adjusted evenly across both sides with out any rubbing in the middle that could be due to an arch in the print bed. Hope this helps. ;^) and thanks for the gummy bears! Now for a shot of an adult beverage!!

Better wording for "nozzle is touching slightly the heatbed" would be "nozzle is slightly touching the heatbed"

maybe I missed it but could mention to have the extruder to the left in a step before hooking up all the wires
