What happened?

The Original Prusa Printers can manage several tasks simultaneously: this is called multithreading. In case of an issue related to multithreading, the printer will show the message: "Marlin client could not send message to Marlin server and timeout was reached."

Error name: Marlin Request Timeout

Error code: #31530 (CORE One) #35530 (CORE One L) #26530 (MK4S) #13530 (MK4) #27530 (MK3.9S) #21530 (MK3.9) #28530 (MK3.5S) #23530 (MK3.5)

How to fix it?

Restarting the printer is expected to resolve the error, and this is not expected to occur again. In case a restart does not resolve it, please contact our customer support, and we will take it from here.

Hallo.
After two hours of working on a large project, I got this error "Marlin client could not send message to Marlin server and timeout was reached.". The next day, after restarting the printer, the problem happened again. The printer continued to work with short projects, but over time, the problem appeared with them too.

The Marlin Requested Time out warning came up 6 hours and 32 minutes into a 10 hour project. The QR code said to restart the printer. One click of the rotary knob automatically restarted the printer and it appears the project that is 3/4 done, is not able to be continued. Any ideas or suggestions? or is this a lost cause?
