What happened?

The printer is showing the message "Power grid is operating outside of specification". This error message is triggered in case of an issue with the electrical network.

Error name: AC controller fault

Error code: #35337

How to fix it?

Ensure the printer is connected directly to a stable power source. Avoid using UPS units or generators.

If the issue occurs with the printer connected directly to an electrical socket, we recommend checking for issues on the electrical grid. The power supply operates with an input in the range of 100-240 VAC, 50-60Hz.

Two new C1L received yesterday, both stopped with the same error this morning. They are connected to the same outlets where I previously had C1 printers. One XL and two C1 were also printing this morning and none stop or had to resume so I'm ruling out a power failure. Got in touch with Prusa support and they instructed me to return both C1L under warranty.

So... is there a way to recover the print? And time out the blaring alarm beeping forever? The QR code leads to this fairly useless article.

I am plugged into the same UPS I've had my MK3s+ plugged into for years with no issues.

I plugged my machine directly into the wall and experienced this issue again. However it occurred overnight some time after the print had finished. At least I learned the alarm can be silenced by pushing the knob once. But nothing else can be done with the interface except resetting.

Watching 3D Musketeers, it would appear that the power supply should be a bit more tolerant so as to prevent this failure when running on generator or UPS, as the sensitivity of the monitoring is gatekeeping the machine to regions that aren't susceptible to unstable grid power.
