What happened? 

The printer is showing the message "Expected tool was not detected. The printer needs to rehome before continuing". 

Error name: Tool lost

Error code: 36124 (CORE One INDX)

How to fix it? 

To clear the error, perform homing of the printer.

If the issue persists:

• Check the belt tension
• Move the toolhead along the Y and X axes and see if there is any issue with the movement.
• Make sure that nothing is blocking the movement of the toolhead and the nozzle from being picked up.
