Removing the zip ties carefully with a tool has been the hardest part thus far (I saved this step for last because I'm Aussie & I like to work backwards ;p). I used a sharp modelling knife with a pointy end to get under the tight zip tie & lever the knife upwards.. Being very carful not to cut myself or cut through a wire.. The wire cutters pointy nose wire cutters were of no use

If filament is still in the extruder what is the best way to get it all out?

In the prusa settings on the printer there is an option for unload filament, using this I was able to pull it right out easily.  Hope this helps someone else that is newbie like I was.  What it does is heats up the hotend so that it can be pulled out, it warns you with a beep when to take it out.

I think the Z-Axis Screws need to be turned to move X above Einsy-case. Especially if X is all the way to left side, the cable bundle will be in the way to open door.

Hello Sharif. indeed, lifting the extruder up will facilitate the access to te electronics.
