Original Prusa XL Five-Head (Assembled) (1.06)

The worst investment our company ever made.

Hi, I just got an XL for my work so our design team can use it. This is the second one I had so far and we were hoping to get one for each team. We invested in the XL Five Head assembled and I have at home a 5 head that was not assembled. I have to say the experience with this new assembled printer has been disappointing- calibrations dont run well, the belt tension is off and the time spent with costumer service has just uncover more issues. At this point the printer has been sitting there for 4 weeks. Also please in the assembly they should have a first step to tune the belt (Since costumer service mentioned that the printer comes with a loose belt from factory)- but this step is not here. At this point we want to return the printer but is such a hassle and we are still trying to figure out. Please consider your consumer experience, specially the ones that advocate for you- Specially for the price point that is a heavy one.
