AC controller fault

What happened?

The printer is showing the message "Power supply unit is operating outside of specification". This message is shown when a major power failure is detected. 

Error name: AC controller fault

Error code: #35339

How to fix it?

Stable power source

Ensure the printer is connected directly to a stable power source. Avoid using UPS units or generators.

Possible AC box fault

If the message continues to appear after connecting to a stable power source, please let our technical support know, as it is likely the error is caused by a fault in the AC power supply box.
