Precise Refinement Failed

This was the only problem with the printer I assembled, and my solution was quite simple: using manual belt tuning, make printer vibrate on 95hz, and when it vibrates like that, adjust left side to vibrate on that frequency, then adjust right side (left side adjustment will be reset), then left side again, right, left, right... Until both of the belts vibrate, and then homing calibration no longer fails, and everything works perfectly.

Squaring also fixes itself during that procedure if you have problems with it going off during adjustments.

Mě se z toho chce brečet, kalibrací se zabývám už třetí den a nic k lepšímu.

No still does not work, I am desperated

Just wanted to stop by and mention that I was struggling to get my Y-axis calibrated and was getting red screens of death after a new kit assembly, which was my first kit and first 3d printer, so I made the rookie mistake of not screwing in the secondary grub screw on the pulleys that attach to the XY motors. Thankfully the small window in the printed part let me get an Allen key in there to tighten things down. That, along with some basic belt tensioning and play removal got me printing successfully. It's nice to be printing! The interesting part I want to highlight is that I had to fix the X-axis motor pully even though my X-axis calibrations were passing while the Y one consistently failed. This is also in the context of initially passing all tests before the loosening progressed and motor grip degraded. So, even if one axis passes and other fails, the successful axis might still be the source of the issue!

Po upgradu mk4s na core one tohle řeším pokaždé. Tiskarna zvládla pár hodin tisku a jinak řeším pořád dokola jak sebou tisková hlava mlátí v pravem přednim rohu a vyskakuje mi tahle chyba. Pořád jen dopínám řemeny...furt dokola a dokola. Za chvíli uz nebudu mít kam napínat. Nebavi mě to. Je to tiskarna k ničemu. Kladky všechny jak mají být..kontrolováno 3x. Konec...hodit do šrotu.
