Boa noite,

Hi,
I am getting the same error: XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual
I have a Mk3S and have been using it for almost a year with no problems what-so-ever. Today, this error suddently started.
Steps I've taken.
1. tested the PINDA sensor - it seems to be working
2. Tested height of sensor. Changed height and retest.
3. Calibrated xyz multiple times.
Get the same error.
The firmware I have been using is 3.10 (this has not been changed).
This is quite frustrating. Any ideas on what I should do next?
Any assistance is much appreciated.

Just for the benefit of others, I contacted the support chat and they diagnosed the issue straight away.
The issue was, in my case that the screws connecting the pulleys on to the motor shaft had loosened. I tightened them back and the calibration completed perfectly.

Hello, I just assembled my MK3S+ and first time it completed all the calibation and I was able to print, but then I was getting an error and I tried to do XYZ Calibration and it would fail at the 4th calibration point. I searched through the knowledge base and checked all the items, such checking Penda distance, XY Belt Tension using Belt test (X 255, Y 270) no obstruction on any cable path. I only get the error that it failed and consult my manual and I am out of ideas. What information can I obtain to see where its failing ?

Try lowering the SuperPinda probe 0.5-1 mm, so it is a little closer to the bed, but still above the tip of the nozzle. Also, try to run the Z-calibration only, before running the XYZ-calibration. If this does not work, please take some pictures of your assembly (extruder and bed assembly from different angles) and have them ready when contacting support per email info@prusa3d.com or liveChat.

I assembled my MK3S+ and been trying to get it through the calibration stages.  I am stuck when it tries to calibrate the Z axis.  It gives me the "Bed leveling failed.  Sensor didn't trigger.  Debris on nozzle?  Waiting"  I cleaned the nozzle and tried again.  Same problem.  I have gone back over the calibration process using the Wizard with little luck so far.  Suggestions?  I have also updated my firmware to the latest version 3.10..0-4481.

Hi! Are you using the steel sheet when instructed to? This might also be caused by a wrong measured Z-height. Is the SuperPINDA probe height calibrated according to the assembly guide?
